The Faculty Development Advisory Board (FDAB) at Northwestern Oklahoma State University became a standing committee in April 2005 based on a recommendation from the Faculty Evaluation and Development (FEAD) Task Force.  The primary objectives of the board are to gather data concerning faculty development, gain information concerning needs of Northwestern's faculty, increase awareness of those faculty needs, promote faculty development and design and provide opportunities for all faculty members to enhance their skills.  This website has been designed as another tool to assist Northwestern Oklahoma State University faculty in developing and enhancing those skills.
