Dear
Ranger Alumni and Fans,
In
September 2007, President Janet Cunningham announced the
school's intentions to improve the football and baseball
venues to meet the needs of a modern-day collegiate
athletic program. Northwestern has termed this athletic
renaissance the Vision for Victory Campaign.
Projects included as part of this campaign include a new
football locker room, which will include; space for
athletic training and strength training facilities, a
new press box and public use facility, permanent seating
and new dugouts at the baseball field, and a new indoor
practice facility for our baseball and softball teams.
To
complete all these projects, Northwestern must raise
approximately $4.5 million. The challenge lies in the fact
we must rely on private donations to fund this project.
We
would ask that you consider a commitment to the Vision
for Victory Fund. We are counting on your gift to
continue to provide our current and future
student-athletes with the very best Northwestern has to
offer.
